About this course

This 2-Day course provides workplace supervisors and managers with the knowledge to identify mental health conditions and provides delegates with the skill to start a conversation about mental health with colleagues and clients in the workplace.
It will include the effects of drug and alcohol abuse in relation to mental health in the workplace. We will then incorporate a first aid for a mental health action plan, which covers ways in which a positive mental health culture can be supported in the workplace.
