These will be sent out to you one week before the course date. Community First reserves the right to cancel courses where there are insufficient attendees. In this event full refunds will be given.
Payment can be made via Stripe, we can also invoice your organisation (details to be included in the booking form), BACS payment details, or by details found on the your invoice.
Non-accredited courses: Failure to attend a booked place or failure to cancel within 2 weeks before the course taking place will result in your organisation being invoiced for the full cost of that place.
Accredited courses and qualifications: The following cancellation fees will apply, for whatever reasons: 50% 4 weeks before start of course; 75% 3 weeks before start of course; 100% 2 weeks until start of course.
Refreshments are supplied at all courses but please bring your own lunch for full day courses, unless stated otherwise in the joining instructions. Registration is 15 minutes prior to the start time of the course and we would appreciate if you could arrive early for registrations so courses can begin promptly.
Meeting your support Requirements
Skills to Grow is committed to meeting the support requirements of people with learning difficulties and disabilities. We will do our best to ensure you can participate fully, providing the resources are available to us. Please make it clear on the booking form if you have particular support needs and we will try our best to support you.
Skills to Grow Accredited courses are offered through Skills for Justice Awards. SFJ Awards is an awarding organisation approved by the Qualification Regulators to provide qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. SfJ Awards work closely with approved centres to provide a customer-led service. Find out more from SFJ Awards here.
The information you provide on your booking form and any additional information you may provide in the future will be held by Skills to Grow part of Community First . Community First is registered under current United Kingdom data protection regulations. At no time will your personal information be passed to organisations for marketing or sales purposes and will only be retained as long as is strictly necessary.
